Shipping Rates and Despatch

In our attempt to make shopping with us easy and hassle free we have organised our shipping based on weight. Therefore the postage cost of buying a t-shirt is less than that of a, much heavier, hooded sweatshirt. Rates vary based on your location and our shipping prices are in line with that of UK's Royal Mail services. We also discount the postage cost with the more items your order.

For example: Seperately a hooded sweatshirt would cost 3.25 p&p and a t-shirt would be 2.25 p&p. together they cost 4.25 p&p.

The same discounts apply to both our European shipping rates aswell as our US and rest of the world rates. We have also included an 'estimate shipping' calculator on the shopping cart page so you can see how much your shipping will cost before you place your order.

UK

Your items will be shipped between 1 - 3 working days and an order number will be given alongside a despatch email on the day your item / items are shipped. Everything we Ship will be sent via the following:

UK orders: Shipped via Royal Mail 1st class Standard (can take from 1 - 3 working days).

European Customers

Your items will be shipped between 1 - 3 working days and an order number will be given alongside a despatch email on the day your item / items are shipped. Everything we Ship will be sent via the following:

European orders: Shipped via Royal Mail 1st class Airmail (can take from 3 - 14 working days)

US & the Rest of the World Customers

Your items will be shipped between 1 - 3 working days and an order number will be given alongside a despatch email on the day your item / items are shipped. Everything we Ship will be sent via the following:

US & ROTW orders: Shipped via Royal Mail 1st class Airmail (can take from 5 - 28 working days)

RETURNS

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from www.ukego.com. However, there may be occasions when you need to return items to us.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Faulty Goods

If your product is faulty or should become faulty, you can obtain a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

If you change your mind (Within 7 Days)

If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days, then you are entitled to a full refund. You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us.

If you change your mind and you are a business customer, any refund offered will be subject to a 15% restocking fee from the point you recieve your order. In particular this means that you will: not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or remove any manufacturer's tags, labels. return in good condition all packaging, tags, labels etc Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer.

If you change your mind (After 7 days)

If you wish to return goods after 7 days of reciept, because you have ordered the incorrect items or you have changed your mind you may still do so and have the value of the returned items (less a 15% restocking fee) transferred towards replacement goods. All goods must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that we will accept goods back under these conditions up to a maximum of one calendar month from date of ordering.

How do I raise my returns request?

To return a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA), you can get this by sending an email to sales@ukego.com Please include the order number in the subject line and a description of why you want to return the item in the email.

What is the best way for me to return my items to you?

We always advise our customers to use some form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery. The majority of items are returned to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery .
